Khanontom Muay Thai

The Art of 8 Limbs

Muay Thai, or literally 'Thai boxing', is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of 8 limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Shinsei Hapkido

Evade, Invade, Control

Shinsei Hapkido is a Traditional Korean martial art. It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, grappling and throwing techniques.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

The Gentle Art

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent.

Red Wolf School of Martial Arts Instructor Spotlight | Coach Dude

Coach Dude is passionate about martial arts and those who practice it. He holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in Shinsei Hapkido, a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is a Nak Muay in Khanontom Muay Thai.

3 Essential Tips for Beginners

1. Relax. We were all new once and nervous. Red Wolf is welcoming to new students from all walks of life.
2. Be Respectful. All Coaches and students should be respectful to each other. A little courtesy goes a long way.
3. Follow Instructions. Listening to the directions of the Coach is the quickest way to learn Martial Arts.
